Starting Date: Saturday, October 18th
Time: Each Saturday, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. This includes a dedicated class session (2-3 pm) followed by a supervised 'Practica' (3-5 pm) where you can apply and refine your newfound skills in a relaxed environment.
Venue: Cedar Lodge, Longwood, Co. Meath, A83PY95 – a serene escape perfect for focused learning and artistic exploration.

Community Feast: Connect with fellow participants over a delicious vegetarian dinner and snacks, and refreshments served all day. We will enjoy Robert Kuzma's joyful cuisine on the night.
This unique retreat offers a perfect blend of learning, relaxation, and passionate expression.
Tea, coffee, refreshments, and nibbles of fruits and delicious tapas will be provided throughout the afternoon and night to keep you satisfied while you dance. If you would like to have a warm dinner, local restaurants in Trim that serve pizza, Indian food, or take-away can deliver the food to Cedar Lodge. You can also avail of the discount for the day pass and bring your food to share.

Wonderful reflexology sessions designed to support your dancing feet will be offered by lovely Cliona Sharkey, our on-site wellness specialist.
Reflexology is a perfect therapeutic support for dancers. It feels like a foot massage (firm or gentle according to preference) but does so much more. It soothes tired or sore feet but also supports the whole body, working through targeted points on the feet to relax, rejuvenate, and rebalance the organs, muscles, and the nervous system.
Sessions start from 20 euros/ 20 min.
Christmas fundraiser
Set yourself up for Christmas with a morning of wellness in a beautiful and cosy setting, all while raising funds for an amazing local organisation, the Meath Women's Refuge and Support Services.
We will enjoy some Qigong together, relaxing Meditation and Quantum Sounds for presence, positivity, and gratitude. We will have some of Alchemy's art and crafts available to browse on the day. 5 euro of each item sold will go towards the charity. Followed by festive refreshments.

Quantum Sound Bath
Quantum Sound Bath is an experience of sounds and quantum coherence energy healing combined to help you soothe your nervous system and balance your mind, body, and soul. A gentle candlelit concert of singing bowls, gongs, drums, and voice will help you create a safe space to release pressure and cultivate positivity.
