Wenhao began his Tango journey in 2014, quickly falling in love with the music, its emotional depth, and the unique connection it creates between partners. Over the years, he has travelled widely to study with a variety of renowned maestros, continually refining his technique, musicality, and personal expression.
Improvisation and musical interpretation are at the heart of Wenhao’s dancing. He believes Tango is not about memorising steps, but about listening to the music, to the partner, and to the moment being created together.
Although not a professional dancer by trade, Wenhao brings a strong academic background to his teaching, holding a Master’s degree in Teaching and Learning. His approach is always student-centred, focusing on helping each dancer develop confidence, body awareness, and an authentic Tango style.
Wenhao’s classes are known for being clear, friendly, and supportive, making Tango accessible and enjoyable for dancers at all levels
