“Flow & Flourish” delves into the concept of inner flow and flourishing within the body's cellular level. Inspired by Somatic Art Practice developed by Marina Tsartsara Kamila's research, resulted in artworks created through dance, intuitive movement, meditation, Qi Gong, and painting in natural environments.
I use water from the sea to study the flow of the ink on paper mirrored by the flow of liquids such as blood, lymph, and electrical impulses in the body. The flourishing is an image of cells renewing and blossoming inside the body.
It is a series of artworks developed over the Spring and Summer of 2024.
